Derived from her love of dragonflies, The Dainty Dragonfly was the creation of  Melissa Pruden.  She is a happily married and at-home Mom of two kids located in northern New Jersey.

Melissa grew up in Colorado.  Not surprisingly, her personal values reflect her mid-western upbringing.  She has been an active member on eBay since 2000 under the name of Annie's Attic Finds (anniesatticfinds).  A review of her eBay ratings will show that she tries - hard - to keep everyone happy.

Melissa has had ample time and inspiration over the years to experiment in many different kinds of hand crafts.  Among them include pottery, painting, hand stenciling and scrapbooking.  She especially loves finding and creating a different use in something for which it was not originally intended.  Most notable is her very creative version of a hanging jewelry organizer.  Melissa affectionately named her creation "JOA" (Jewelry Organizing Art).   You can read more about the "JOA"  and where to find one on the "what we sell" page and in her Etsy and eBay stores.
